If you you don't maintain some stability by eating mostly similar foods you eat at home, then you rist headaches, bloating, stomach crampts, and a lack of energy. Alcohol

Do...

  • Follow any alcohol with water so that you recover in time for the activies you have planned.

Exercise

Eating right is only half the battle. If you want to feel great then you've got to add a little exercise too!

Try to...

  • Exercise at times that fit naturally with your sleep cycle and what you do at home so that jetlag isn't as difficult to adapt to. Too many changes can make your body confused.
